Dear customers and associates, As we are all trying to get through these unusual and troubled times, ITC would like to extend our concern and best wishes to you all. We have been closely monitoring the ever changing COVID-19 situation and have implemented some changes to how we are practicing business right now.
Here are a few changes effective immediately:
We have put precautions in place to safely continue working on your needs and at this point and will be taking and filling orders by email only.
Penny (flooring) will be working by cell phone and appointment only.
ITC will be accepting deliveries Monday – Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm.
We are in contact with our vendors and so far, most are operating and filling orders.
Of upmost importance is the safety of our staff and our valuable customers. We will be sure to update you with any other changes as they come.
We are all in this together and will do our very best to help each other along the way. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns you may have!
